School Admission

Applications are invited in the month of January . Admissions are based on tests that are conducted in the first week of April for all classes. Based on the performance of the child and the availability of seats, the student is admitted into the Vidyalaya.

Admission & Withthdrawals

• Pupils coming from other school are requested to bring their transfer certificate from the school last attended.
• New pupils must be introduced personally by their parents or guardians who will be responsible for their regularity and fees.
• On admission, the entrance fee, the special fee and tuition fee for the term should be paid. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Term fees should be remitted on or before the stipulated days or the pupil will not be allowed to sit for the Terminal Examinations.
• Transfer Certificate will be issued only to those who have paid the fees and other dues.
• Parents who intend to withdraw their wards from the school should apply for T.C. atleast 15 days in advance. For withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstance one week?s notice should be given in writing, In the normal course T.C. will be issued only after the declaration of Annual Examination Results. If the parent is out of town, the representative/ guardian should get an authorisation letter from the parents of else. T.C. will not be issued.
• Pupils leaving or joining the school in the middle of the term,must pay the term fees and other dues.
• Entrusting pupil to the School implies that the parent agrees to stand by the rules and regulations of the schools. They are requested to see that the children also abide by the school regulations.
